You can find out about all our season's plays and events through our What's On Page. More events will be added as soon as they are confirmed.

Here are a few tips to help you, but if you have any questions about booking, please don’t hesitate to contact our Box Office team.

Ticket Prices

Theatre events: Ticket prices are $30 + HST for adults.  Students $20 +HST,  Children under 14 are free.  Children seats are limited per show.

Online tickets and Advance booking is recommended.

If a show is marked as Sold Out there are no more tickets available.  We do not hold waiting lists for tickets.

Where do I sit?

The Kinsman Amphitheatre is an outdoor theatre. This year there will be assigned seating areas and social distancing.  Our online booking will show you what seats are available on the seating chart.

Our auditorium is quite steep and there are a few steps.  If you are unsure about where to sit, please phone us and we’ll be happy to help.

We have an accessible area in the front row for those with limited mobility.  If you have other seating requirements, please phone us to discuss your needs.

If you have booked for a performance as a group that includes more than one household, it is helpful if you all arrive together so that we can seat you adjacent to each other (with social distancing between the households).

My Account

The first time you book with us online, you will be asked to set up a Festival account. 

Don’t worry, it’s very straightforward – just your contact details and a password.  Then any future tickets you buy, you can log straight in and won’t need to input your details again.  You can also check and amend your seat reservations easily. 

What happens when I arrive?

If you have to pick up your tickets - go to the box office window by the Marina. 

If you have your tickets already printed or on your phone - line up at your nearest entrance to your seats.  Ushers will then scan your tickets and show you to your seats.

Will I have to wear a mask?
At this time, we ask everyone entering or exiting our amphitheatre to wear masks until seated. 

Will you be scanning tickets to enter the performance?

Yes, in order to enter the premises we will scan your ticket. You may print your tickets at home or present them on your phone/tablet.

Is there an intermission?

All performances will run without intermission. 

All our performances will be relaxed.  If you do leave your seat during the performance, we ask you to cover your face as you may briefly pass near to other audience members.

Will I be required to provide contact information for all patrons (not just ticket buyers)?

If we are directed by government health regulations to collect contact information for everyone in your party, we will send you an email in advance of the performance.

What happens if there's inclement weather?

We are an outdoor venue, so perform rain or shine and rarely do we expect to have to cancel due to extreme weather. We intend to never cancel a show before the start time because of the weather. This is because the weather can change so quickly here. If we do have to cancel for other reasons, we will announce it on social media and our website and will contact you by email. Patrons will be allowed to exchange their tickets up to 24 hours before showtime online. See more here.

What happens if I am unwell?

We require – for the safety of other patrons and our artists – that patrons who are unwell stay home and contact the Box Office to reschedule their visit to the Festival.  Please rest assured that the St Lawrence Shakespeare Festival also has the safety and well-being of its staff and artists at heart and has protocols in place to ensure this. All  Front of House, Box Office and Food & Beverage staff will be wearing masks as required by the local public health authority at this time.
